Dee-Ann Kentish Rogers was crowned Miss Universe Great Britain 2018 at the conclusion of the pageant held at the Riverfront Theatre and Arts Centre in Newport on Saturday night. She is from Anguilla. She is the first black woman to be crowned Miss Universe Great Britain. 40 beauties from Wales, Scotland, and England took part in this national beauty contest. She will compete for the 2018 Miss Universe title later this year, currently held by Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters of South Africa.
Rogers has a degree in Law from the University of Birmingham. She is an athlete and competed twice in the Commonwealth Games.
